Where can I get artwork templates for your cases?

Here are the templates for the different size cases:

https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/0Bxc43E-mo1hyNHd0RFBOSTRRd1U?usp=sharing

You need to open it in Photoshop and select the appropriate layer for the button layout you want.

If you want to have it printed and cut I recommend Focus Attack. I can help coordinate that as they don't officially offer it on their site.

If you aren't adding art right away but plan to later, I'd recommend building your case without the plexi installed. On rare occasions people have been known to break their plexi when they pop out their buttons to install the art after the fact.

I just downloaded your template but I only see the Vewlix layout, I need a different one.

You need to open the file in Adobe Photoshop to access the different layers which contain the different button layouts.

Do you ship internationally?

I do ship internationally, just not through the website. I use eBay's Global Shipping Program to do it.

You can use this to get an estimate of the shipping cost:

If you want to make a purchase message me on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/allfightsticks/ or send me an email.

Can I order just a plexi top with my case or do I need the metal button panel too?

You need the metal button panel. The plexi is not strong enough on its own because it’s only 1/16” thick. The plexi is optional and only required to hold artwork.

Besides the enclosure, what parts do I need to build a complete fightstick?

Here are some images of example shopping carts.

Do you make custom cases?

Yes but within certain limits. I can make modifications to existing designs such as custom button layouts or adding additional holes to the body like DB15 ports or extra Neutrik and button holes.

I can’t alter the physical dimensions or shape of the body and any modifications must work within the existing case design parameters.

Can I order custom colors?

Yes. You can find custom colors here:

https://www.prismaticpowders.com/shop/powder-coating-colors

If you want a custom color you have to pay for the powder and the shipping plus an additional $25 labor charge.

If you want a case powder coated using one of my stock colors you don’t have to pay for the powder or shipping, just the $25 labor charge.

Stock colors are:

Matte Textured - black, gray, red, blue

Gloss - red, blue, green, orange, purple, pink, white

Do you offer a build out service so my fightstick arrives ready to plug n play?

Yes, it’s an additional $39 in labor. This does not include fancy custom wiring. I only do full builds using the standard premade wiring harnesses. I will update the firmware and test the stick prior to shipping.

What’s the best way to contact you?

I prefer if you message me through Facebook https://www.facebook.com/allfightsticks/

It’s much more efficient than email because I like to send lots of pictures and screen captures and it’s simply faster to do that on Facebook. It’s also much easier for me to scroll through our message history.

I sent you a message/email and you never got back to me. Is it because you hate me and don’t want my business?

No, that’s not true at all. What probably happened is I’m just a normal person and somehow I missed your message. Often times things get “marked as read” accidentally and then get buried in the list of answered messages. Please follow up with me if you haven’t heard back in a timely manner. Also sometimes I just plain forget to get back to you about something. Ping me anytime if you think I’ve gone dark on you.

Hey, I thought you were some big corporation. Don’t you have a team of people handling all your social media and answering Facebook messages and emails?

No, it’s just me actually. My name is Aaron. Please be patience, but not too patience. Follow up if it’s been more than a couple of days since you’ve heard from me.
